1) How do I know if my system can handle the seminar?
In order to prevent disruptions during your seminar, please perform the following checks of your software prior to the start of your course.
System Requirements
PC-based attendees
Required: Windows® 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003 Server, Vista
Macintosh®-based attendees
Required: Mac OS® X 10.4 (Tiger®) or newer

2) Why do I seem to keep losing sound?
Some pauses in sound lasting 2 to 5 seconds are normal. This is a part of the "buffering" process and will be experienced by everyone. No audio is lost, rather the streaming is paused and the sound will resume once the streaming begins again. This will occur every few minutes, but should not be disruptive to your overall seminar experience.

Log out of the seminar, log off of your internet connection, log back on and re-enter the seminar. Hopefully you will now connect on a stronger line and your troubles will cease.

4) Is there technical support available during the seminar if I have troubles?
Yes, questions or troubles can be sent directly to info@optionstrategist.com which is constantly checked during the seminars. Simple tech questions can also be asked in the chat area, although we prefer to reserve that area for questions relating to the seminar topics.

6) What does the seminar "room" actually look like?
Attending the online seminar is very much like attending a seminar with Larry in a large lecture hall. When the lights are down, you're simply watching the projected power point slides and listening to Larry speak. When questions are asked, he'll repeat them for everyone in the room to hear and then answer. During the online seminar, you're watching the Power Point slides on your computer screen (you don't watch Larry) and listening to live audio. All questions asked by you and the other participants are sent in via a chat window and then verbally repeated and answered by Larry.

7) Are there any handouts?
Yes. Once you have enrolled in your seminar you will receive a confirmation that includes a link to the entire visual portion of the seminar. This link will not expire and enables you to either print out all of the slides or download the visual content onto your computer.

8) Do you have any note-taking suggestions?
Our clients have given us great feedback and there are two very successful note-taking strategies.

1) Print the slides and take notes directly on the back side of each slide's printout. This saves you writing and when you refer back to your notes you'll know exactly which slide goes with which material

2) Write the slide number on your notes and takes notes for each slide accordingly. In the lower left corner of the screen you'll see the slide number for each screen.
