Browser
We have designed this site to function well
with both Netscape and Micrsoft's Internet Explorer.
However, this site works
best with the 3.0 browser or higher versions of both
Netscape and Microsoft's Internet Explorer. To
check your version, click on Help - About on your
browser's menu bar.
We
highly recommend updating your browser to take full
advantage of what this site and others have to offer. As
web technology improves, browser software is updated to
incorporate new programming features, including frames,
Java scripting support, animation and more. Click
on the Netscape logo above for more information.
E-Mail
Attachments
Experiencing one of these problems?
- Can't
read an e-mail attachment.
- Received
an e-mail attachment in the body of the message and it
appears as if it is all garbage (or not decoded).
Then,
you probably need MIME encoding software. Follow these
instructions:
1.
Go to www.shareware.com,
search on and download a free program called WinZip (32
bit for Windows '95 and 16 bit for Windows 3.x). Set-up
the program as appropriate on your computer.
2.
Save your "corrupted" email attachment (if you
can't read the attachment) or email message (if the body
of the message appears corrupted) as a text file by
choosing the "save as" command.
3.
Open the saved file with WinZip, and your file should be
encoded properly.
